BLOOM. I discovered the place more than a week ago when it was still closed. There was someone inside so I knocked on the door and gave my business card to the guy, asking him to call me when they're opening. I really wanted to be the very first one to come to this absolutely amazingly looking place, located on rue Adolphe Fischer in Luxembourg City. One thing is sure, the surrounding looks illuminated by the new coffee corner. Alexandre and Laurent, quit their jobs to live their dream!

So here I am. It's Thursday, 10th of November and Bloom just opened a few hours ago. What is waiting for you? Much coffee: espresso, macchiato, americano, cappucino, mokka, latte.. but also breakfast, healthy lunch, tea, fresh juices, banana bread, homemade granola... come and see yourself! Only thing: it's expensive.. nothing to enjoy every day but from time to time!
